To reach her goals ASAH has a board that oversees its welfare. The board consists of three members this year. Depending on the office of the board members, he or she can have the responsibility over one or more committees. A board member is an ambassador of the association. One represents the student association at various functions. Where possible the board operates on equal standing. It meets at least once a week in order to take strategic decisions concerning the association and her members. The board for the academic year 2008-2009 consists of the following three members: Johishi Romney is the President and Treasurer of ASAH. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economy and now is a master student Public Administration at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. As a President he acts as the first representative in matters that concern the association. As a treasurer he is also responsible for the financial household of the association, in cooperation with the rest of the board. Lilian Ejiofor is the Public Relations Officer of ASAH. She is a bachelor student of the studies Economics and Law. As a PR-officer she is primarily responsible for the external relationships with ASAH. The Public Relations committee supports her in her role Carlota Fortes is the Activities Officer of ASAH. She is a master student of Law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. As Activities Officer she coordinates and has the responsibility over the realization of ASAH activities. In her function she stays in contact with different parties with whom ASAH cooperates on a regular or project basis.
