ASAH is going abroad! Jerk chicken? Johnny cake? Carnaval, you and us? Sounds fun? Then read on! ASAH’s Debut! ASAH is going abroad! The Notting Hill Carnaval is the biggest street carnival in Europe and was first organized in 1964 by the Afro-Carribean community. It was a way for this community to continue its traditions and cultural festivities. Now we can’t imagine a year without these festive events. This year’s Notting Hill Carnival will take place in London on the 29th and 30th of August and ASAH is present! Five days filled with excursions, feasting, partying and socializing. And last but not least a workshop with Andrew Muhammad a.k.a ‘the investigator’ in his hometown! If you want to be there sign up as soon as possible because full=full! Since there was so much interest for the trip we have reserved a few extra spots. Be quick if you still want to come along, because first come first serve! How to sign up? Send an e-mail to
